Do anyone know when Joe Yacovelli was made? He was consigliere of the Colombo's from 1963-1972. He was born in 1929, and was pretty young to be consigliere. He also became Acting boss after the shooting of Joe Colombo and i believe was a main suspect in ordering Joe Gallo's murder.
