I think it is a good thing and this is why....

Before when there was a police shooting, one cop was to blame.

Now with this petulant high school maneuver of shunning the Mayor, the NYPD members are revealing their solidarity with questionable police shootings en masse.

Now one cop does the shooting, and 5 thousand petulantly turn their backs on the Mayor showing support for the shooting of unarmed suspects/non-suspects. So this is a good thing and DeBlasio should take names whenever that happens. He needs to actually clean house. He doesn't need an investigation. He can see who is against him and against due process for US Citizens.

This petulant high school behavior on the part of the police also reveals to the public the great breadth and depth of the warped attitude and mindset among the police. Four thousand cops or five thousand cops all turning their back on the Mayor in support of police shootings of unarmed suspects/non-suspects is a wake up call to the public.
