Read about Dutchie Tuzio,operated out of a restaurant on 14th ave and 66th street in Bensonhurst called Villa 66.Had a big loan sharking buissnes over there,was a hung out of top Genovese and Colombo guys,Funzy Tieri anong others..Anyway,in late 1973 they had meeting with Persico,my thinking is that they softened some kind of beef and from that moment on The Colombos and the West side were close.It says that some of the Colombo guys went to The West side after that.Maybe Iliano?The Villa 66 is the same spot where the once fierce street fighter and Ramper leader Gerrard Pappa was killed.
