I am not that good when it comes to states beyond the East Coast bu isn't Minnesota closer than Arizona? and I recently found out there was a lot of activity there - in the middle of the fucking desert.
that anything is going on in Arizona, that state is a destination for New Yorkers. Retirements, vacations, etc. It's a warm, dry climate, and it's very appealing.
Long story short, New Yorkers (and by extension, New York criminals) would be drawn to Arizona. But to Minnesota?
