Does anyone know the name of the small guy in the middle with the glasses in the second pic?...I think he was an old time racketeer down in Florida...Forgot his name.
Thats Jospeh Massei, an associate of the Detriot mob involved in many hits and different rackets and yes, later he moved to Florida and oversaw the Partnership's gambling rackets.Most of the guys in that picture are from Detriot,not Chicago
