"Papa's Game" (mostly about Vinnie Pappa) is one of the most fascinating books I've ever read about LCN in the dope business and the Special Investigations Unit that chased them (or robbed them, depending who you believe). I bought it used on Amazon, still have the copy somewhere but the pages are all pulled out of the bindings.
