We have spoke about this before PB and I agree with what u said , it was the newspapers who said he was a rising star . He's a Bronx guy for sure and actually grew up the Arthur Avenue area I believe, as far as him having Brooklyn guys under him, now Ive read he was the acting for Cuttai at a time but I've heard from knowledgable posters that he may not have even been in that crew and I tend to believe it as his original connection was through the Santorelli's
