Does anyone have the date of judgment of Vincent Basciano Jr. and do you think he'll be jailed?
Of course he'll be jailed. What part of plea bargain don't you understand? They're just trying to work the old gambling charge into the plea so he can get some concurrent time. He already pleaded guilty in the pot case.
All total, he's expecting anywhere form four to six years on all counts. But it depends if the judge gives him concurrent time on the gambling. And he made bail right away in both cases, so whatever he gets he's gonna have to do the max (which in the Federal system is about ninety percent of the sentence).
It's not gonna be a skid bid, that's for sure. This kid's going away for at least three or four years. Possibly a little more than that. But like I said, it all depends on the concurrent time.
