The same applies to the Throggs Neck and Country Club sections of the Bronx. And there's no subway service in Throggs Neck and Country Club, which is a HUGE plus in terms of keeping the trash out. Because generally speaking, if someone can't afford to keep their driver's license current and hold on to even a cheap car, you probably don't want them for a neighbor.
