I don't think any parts were left out. The only thing was the moments when Casso talked about the Mafia Cops which wasn't aired with this segment in 1998, but with the segment on the Mafia Cops in 2005. Other than that, I believe this is the whole thing. Thanks for posting!
Could be, the parts that Im thinking of can be found in the Casso - Mobster doc and I think these were not included in the Mafia Cops segment on minutes.
