Turnbull, you see the Herzog version of Nosferatu? I bought the Herzog/Kinski boxset te other week (that is, I had it bought for me), but can't watch it until Christmas...

Many people have sixteen films on their list. Since when have The Godfather and its first sequel been classed as one film? In this sense, Turnbull cheated, and posted seventeen films! :p

Mine:
1. Le Samouraï (1967) (Melville)
2. Taxi Driver (1976) (Scorsese)
3. The French Connection (1971) (Friedkin)
4. Blue Velvet (1986) (Lynch)
5. The Godfather Part II (1974) (Coppola)
6. A bout de souffle (1960) (Godard)
7. The Conversation (1974) (Coppola)
8. The Godfather (1972) (Coppola)
9. Don't Look Now (1973) (Roeg)
10. Fargo (1996) (Coen)
11. Mean Streets (1973) (Scorsese)
12. The Deer Hunter (1978) (Cimino)
13. Gladiator (2000) (Scott)
14. The Seventh Seal (1957) (Bergman)
15. Manhattan (1979) (Allen)
