I saw that Stephen Basciano was convicted, he faudras him how long before being transferred to a federal prison in the same way as Stephen Locurto it ah ah was sentenced to life imprisonment and is still MDC Brooklyn. Thank you in advance.
I realize there's a language barrier, buddy. But Stephen wasn't convicted. He pleaded guilty.
The prison transfer will be at the leisure of the BOP. But his projected release date has been confirmed (he has a little over two years to go), so if they're going to ship him out it will probably be sooner rather than later.
I'm guessing they hump him down to Florida, but I hope I'm wrong.
