A common denominator in a significant amount of black on white crimes is the sheer number of perpetrators. It never seems to be just one person; it seems to be 6.. 7 people. They seem to run in packs.

There is white on black crime too but I don't think gangs of suburbanite whiteboys go around looking to sexually assault/batter black people - it isn't the 1920's anymore.
