You are exactly right on that, and like the article states no casino would go ahead and start a book because christie says because the feds still say it is illegal....christie should just take it to the ballots in november
but unlike the neighborhood bookie there is so much government bureaucracy that once the vote is a yea, then it won't be up and running for a good year. Government rocks all around.
