Past crimes SHOULD be off limits. It's the law and they generally are. UNLESS they're part of an ongoing criminal conspiracy (which doesn't necessarily have to be a RICO charge).

They keep trying to bring up he was a heroin addict wtf that got to do with 2015. He did heroin 50 years ago there just trying to shame him. This should be the a great trial with that lawyer who wins alot of Rico cases. This must have cost asoro 250k$$$. So I also take it the acting boss Tommy d is probaly out an cooking out.

That lawyer is top shelf I don't think he takes any Rico trial without 200k retainer or at least 150 and this guy is going to trial probaly for a 2 month trial. What is this the shargel pollack mcmahn crime family.
