You are 100% correct and I agree with you on that point. As with any mobster in this day and age, if convicted, there is a chance that he will flip. He's relatively young with kids and a beautiful wife at home I'm sure he'd like to see (not behind glass) again. I was just trying to point out that I think it would be wrong to assume that it is a slam dunk guarantee that he will flip.
