Yup, Massino changed everything. Take your chances at trial, if you win you go free. If you lose, you ask to see the Judge in his chambers right after the verdict is read. Only in America.

You're all equally guilty under the statute. That's why that kid Lilo Brancato was looking at life, even though the other guy pulled the trigger. Because he was there for the break-in. That's all that matters. That he was found not guilty is irrelevant. Because if they found him guilty, he would have been looking at thirty years.
