I asked the same question a while back but I don't think there is concrete evidence of him doing so.......Word of mouth is what probably got this out into the public AND, I assume that if he actually did whack anyone, they were minor players in the drug game......He probably started low to let the big boys know that he is coming for them..........Fast Forward a few years.............LILO is dead!
