Rudy is a scumbag. I don't have anything real to add to this topic, I just can't seem to see his name without cursing it. I've said my piece. Carry on folks

there is no story, if the Commission had considered to kill Giuliani, for sure Chin Gigante who was the most powerful would have voted no, Casso and Amuso that were his allies would have voted no, the Bonannos had been kicked away because the Pistone case, only Persico and Gotti could vote yes, but only because they were fucking mad. New York isn't Palermo, and the State's response would have destroyed the five families.

why is giualani considered dirty? bec. he covered dirty agents like deVeccio? I mean, he swept the streets.. crime rate in NYC is on the lowest point ever He gets too much credit for that. During the big drop in crime in nyc, crime was dropping in cities all over America. A lot of it had to do with a drop in crack use, years of incarceration adding up over time for violent gangs, and let's not forget with thousands of murders per year in nyc alone, they thinned themselves out by themselves. Not to say he did nothing, but he didn't just come up and clear the streets like superman. There were many factors involved. Plus he made city laws that just pushed the homeless and poor people out of the cities to nearby areas. That's why upstate cities and NJ had some crime spikes after Rudy pushed out the trash. May have helped NYC to an extent, but it was at the expense of our neighbors
