AS for Jackie, a lot of people have said he's merely a soldier, who knows but with him being close to Cali he could be a skipper.

I thought he was known as a degenerate gambler and a brokester who only rose due to his closeness to Gotti.
He was a brokester most of his life. I posted that earlier in the thread. And he ended up very well off anyway. All the more reason to enjoy life if you ask me. Here's what I said:
