In, out, doesn't make much of a difference. He's like an uncle to Frank Cali, and he's one of the Americans that Cefalu seems to genuinely like. Draw your own conclusion .
While the American version of the office is pretty funny, the original Brit version is stellar.
AS for Jackie, a lot of people have said he's merely a soldier, who knows but with him being close to Cali he could be a skipper.
