To be honest I wouldn't even begin to speculate whether he is still involved,one thing for sure about Joey is that he is a survivor.A lot of times he just comes out smelling like a rose.He's been shot at,done time,beat some pretty heavy charges,tried to be set-up,survived the wars back in the 90's, and he looks like he hasn't missed a beat,no health issues,and he's his own man just does how he see's fit.all of those are facts.
