there is a reason for the consistency in that story
it's the same reason why jeff fort is in florence colorado
he got shipped the same year or the next year
I think they were both shipped out of there around the same time along with some other high risk inmates. To be honest with you though its not out the realm of possibility considering that every other theory has its fair share of detractors too.
