We are getting some rain here in the sand hills region of NC but my daughter lives near Wrightsville beach (Near Wilmington) and she said the wind and rain is severe. She said a tornado touched down on the campus of UNC-Wilmington just a little while ago. Arthur is predicted to hit the area tonight but Friday the weather is supposed to be "Beautiful"
