I live 7 miles from the Atlantic Ocean in South Jersey. Several day trips to the beach, some nice dinners in Atlantic City fulfills my vacation needs.
What's the general feeling in town about so many casinos closing?
It's not at all "glamorous," and it's certainly showing its age anyway. But if the Showboat does end up closing, I'm going to miss it. It's one of the best places to play blackjack during the overnight hours. And it's just small enough to almost feel like an old Vegas strip casino. But things change
