Just curious, because when I read reports on gangs and the drug trade in Chicago it's almost always on the Gangster Disciples and to some extent on the Vice Lords and Black Disciples.

Theres been no major busts recently involving just them, mostly just small sweeps of some drug markets they control here and there by cpd.

are the el rukns still a faction of the p stones or did they die off when fort went to prison?

The El Rukns wasn't a faction but a seperate group entirely. Jeff Fort gathered the top ranking to mid ranking membership of the Stones and changed their demonstration to a different identity. Members that didn't follow the new change were supposedly meet with violence. The El Rukn lasted from about 76 to 89 then after Operation Rukbom , their presence diminish in which BPS remerges .

BPS still have strongholds throughout the city but they have experience renegades factions as well. Perhaps not to the extent as the GDs. Terror Town Prince was indicted back in 2011, it seems that the leadership in the Stones aren't too fractured overall.

How do you know Terror Town is so dysfunctional ? And how can be since 99 when their was an establish leader overseeing it until his arrest in 2011?

I would say this once more ( broken record here) , STOP generalizing ALL the mobs on Southside as if their going through the same issues as GDs. VLs , 4s, Breeds, Cobras, LKs, etc aren't operating that dysfunctional and it's evident their are leadership still there.

i don't think anybody can count the times terror town has flipped mobs since 2000

it's been bps's over there, mps's, no limit stones, bd's, etc.

they showed buddy's organizational chart and he only had 2 generals

Titanic and No Limit comes to mind as well. Lil Bibby the rapper is a No Limit Stone but went rogue with Muskegon Boys (7-4) and now it's Never Leave My Brothers (N.L.M.B) clique. They targeted by Lakeside (7-4) & No Limits .
