I've heard that before. I'm not sure exactly how they know this. I've always wondered if it was just a myth. You know, nothing funnier than conservative, religious Utah having the highest porn-viewing numbers. rolleyes


It's based on internet porn subscriptions. Apparently because Utah has fewer brick and mortar adult shops, there is an unusually higher per capita rate of internet porn subscribers. I don't know how accurately that translates into overall use of pornography or whether the numbers themselves are accurate.

Well, that actually makes sense. So in Utah's defense, it's theoretically possible that they have the lowest porn intake in the country. But because they're forced to go online in absence of local porn shops, more of their dirty laundry gets aired than in the other states.
