Yes, Costello would make a perfect biopic candidate because so little has been written about him (and nothing filmed). It could focus on his political finesse rather than the violence (and fiction about violence) that surrounds all the other Mob biopics. Could also cover his oddities--like his Jewish wife, his visits to a shrink, his apartment in the Waldorf Astoria Hotel, etc.

While so little has been written or shown about Costello, there is even less out there about the life of Mr. Neil Dellacroce. There is basically NOTHING out there about him.
