Gotti wasn't the one that pulled the trigger, it was Ralph "Ralphie Wigs" Galione at Snoope's Bar & Grill on Staten Island. That was for the kidnapping of Emmanuel Gambino. Gotti did do some time for that murder of James McBratney.
