"The Lords of Flatbush," Stallone, Fonzie and a young John Gotti (I mean Armand Assante).
Fun movie. I always thought that Perry King (one of the Lords) was the best actor of the bunch.
THe scene in which Stallone threatens the jewelry store owner was absolutely hilarious.
What I liked most, though, about the movie was that my brother's best friend played the part of Mike Mambo, the guy in the pool hall (from the Avenue J gang).
"If you ever show my girl a ring like that again, you know what's gonna be written on your tombstone? "I was dumb enough to show Frannie Malincanico a $1600 ring," ya got that?"
"Avenue J? I EAT Avenue J!"
"You're just gonna be a memory, Chico!" Fine movie, but they should have used a real '50's soundtrack instead of what they did use.
Wasn't Perry King in "The Wanderers"? He was fine in that.
