Actually that is not correct - the 96% is not the total votes for that states but the percentage of precincts that are counted. A larger precinct could be 20-30% of a state, if the 4% not counted is comprised say of the 2 largest precincts - than the total for the state could change - that is why they have not predicted a winner for those states yet.

However - the above scenerio is fairly unlikely so it does appear Bush will get Ohio (20 electorial votes). And probably Florida (27), and he has solid leads in NM (5), Colorado (9) for a total of 61 and onto his current total - seems like Bush will get it.

However - there will NOT be a winner tomorrow. Too close, neither side is going to concede without a fight so look for a bunch of recounts, rechecks of early voting, etc - we won't have a winner till after Thanksgiving probably.
