As an NRA member who has carried a concealed weapon for over 40 years, I am in total disagreement with this. A restaurant which serves a limited amount of beer is different than a tavern that primarily serves all kinds of alcohol. People who have more than one drink often lose their good judgment. Our state has also passed this law and I suspect it will be reopealed

Went to school, go to Church (but not as often as I probably should), never had a gun and been in more bars than most folks have had hot dinners!!!

I would rather die on my feet than live on my knees!

I carry a gun to restaurants, to bars and to church.

I don't hang out at bars, because I don't drink, but I go to them occasionally to listen to live music.

My state passed a similar law last year.

In our state, you can carry a gun to a bar as long as you don't drink.

I do carry a knife just in case. But I would never use it unless I feel in real danger. If I did I would cut them up and make a mess
