Matthew Ianniello, Long time Captain and one time Acting Boss of the Genovese Family was in his late 80's, Early 90's before he died. He was one of the oldest active members of the Mafia.

Matty was retired at the time of his death. He finally packed it in when he finished his last federal bid in 2009. He passed away in 2012. But yeah, he was semi-active until he was in his late 80's.

Capeci is a wannabe that recently inquired about being on pawn stars. The guy is publicity hound. Stevie Coogan is still alive...

Capeci knows this he did a shout out to him in GL and said we'd like to hear from you.

Chumlee's a snitch from South Philly. He used to be 130 pounds and blond before the plastic surgery.

Yes it seems like a lot of people who are journalists are publicity hounds.

EastHarlemItalian. Check out his posts. A couple of times I told him to go fuck himself. He shook with fear when he was on here, afraid that somebody would reveal his real identity.

This was probably a joke but I ran a search in the User List and that username did not come up.

Also what about Carlo's ban on getting caught with drugs?

"In 1965, Grammauta and Joseph Armone were convicted of smuggling heroin into the United States from the Netherlands and received eight-year prison sentences. In 1970, both men were released from prison and Armone was promoted to caporegime of his brother's old crew. Graummauta spent the next 25 years as a soldier in Joseph Armone's crew."

When you're banned your username won't show up in the username search. EastHarlemItal was all too real (well, he was a total fraud, but he really was a poster here lol).

Well, we know that sometimes the boss´ ban on drugs wasn´t always effective. I read in a FBI document that Gambino issued the ban in 1963 (I think the year was), after several members had been caught dealing in drugs. Armone and his associates were indicted that same year and together with other drug offenders (who had been caught the previous years) may have contributed to Gambino banning his members from dealing. if you are interested in the Armone case, click on the link below.
