I don't think Zane is dead TIS. I think at the end Jodi was telling Dylan, implicitly, that if the only way to stop Zane was to kill him then she was okay with that.
The Norma/Norman stuff is just so twisted. Norma goes out on a date and is upset because Norman is pretending NOT to be jealous.
I bet that Norman blacked out and killed the teacher. But I can't recall if the show confirmed she was raped or not.
