Serp, I've done the reverse many times. 70+ degrees in EHT, so I put the bike on the car, drive to the AC boardwalk and I'm under-dressed. Now I check the AC temps before I go. It is nice here "off shore".
Mary a "local" Yes this time of year it is like that often. Don't know how old you are (and i will not ask)but the weather had changed here .But back in the late 50s on through to 70 in winter we had snow" on the streets for days.Now it is gone quick" ,if it is not Jersey juice (rain)for the "shoobies" ...
And then like you said hot" out in the woods and cool here,but back in the day it was cool here in July compared to E.H.T.
But i love it here lots to do...
And yes where did we get the "off shore" any place else on the coast that would mean out in the ocean.Have you ever thought about that ?
