I actually saw this when it came out and a lot of us had a good laugh at the feds expense for listing Utica and Syracuse as Buffalino territory and Joe Falcone who was a Buffalo capo and at one time an acting underboss as a Buffalno member Just goes to show you how reliable the feds are
