If he was so wonderful why did all the trials end in mistrials? Even his testimony in the colombo cases was of limited value because they also ended in mistrials.


The outcome of a trial is not only dependent on the witnesses who gives testimony. I believe he was/is far mor brighter and have/had a far more pleasant personality and charisma than Cafaro or Sessa or any of the other Mafia witnesses produced by the government.
