It's basically a bullshit excuse to get him out of Philly. So a guy who grew up in south-central L.A. might know some guys in the Crips? Wow, I am SHOCKED. I figure that the Philly P.R. guys were spooked that they may have another Hernandez situation on their hands so they decided to cut ties with him.
