It is obviously a line up shot, I wonder who the others in photo are. There is a person on far right who's arm is visible. Looks like Abe Reles, a hitman for Murder, Inc. IF it is him then this photo was from the late '30s.

You're right.... the large version of the photo shows it is dated 1958. Reles' canary wings were long clipped by then. The photo was taken six months after Gambino took over the Family.

In 1958, Dellacroce was arrested for vagrancy. I would think that the other guys were also arrested for tha same thing and were not necessarily connected with eachother.
Speaking of this, maybe I don't understand the concept of "vagrancy" very well, but if I do, and it really does mean "being a homeless person, a bum", then how on earth can a mafia member be EVER in such a situation, unless he wanted to tease the cops on purpose? It doesn't make sense even for the lowest associates, unless it's some drug addict used for just one time to deliver a package.

I`m no lawyer but I think if a person can not show any means of income but still drives around in a car, owns a house or is arrested in a gambling joint for example, falls into this catagory. I know that back in the day small midwestern and southern towns would charge bums, drunks and transients with that charge to either put them in the county lock-up or make them move along to the next town. Neil was known as "the Tall Guy" He does looke very menacing especially when he was younger. Its a stark contrast to the photos in 1984 when thr cancer had taken effect In 1958, Dellacroce was arrested for vagrancy. I would think that the other guys were also arrested for tha same thing and were not necessarily connected with eachother. Gosh, Dellacroce looks to be 7 feet tall, standing next to that small guy!
