I know a few of you saw on Facebook yesterday that we had to get our old girl, Tibby put down yesterday. She had kidney and thyroid problems and all her back end had swelled up terribly. It was the best thing for her but it is an awful thing is it not? I remember getting her as a kitten all those years ago. We had brought her brother Tino from the pet shop and she looked so sad that we dashed back to the shop a couple of hours later to get her before it shut. She was stone deaf and had the bluest eyes you will ever see in a cat. She spent the first ten years of her life living in the kitchen trying to steal food constantly but as she got older she emerged into the living room and claimed a place on the big sofa that has been hers ever since, until the cat biscuit box opened. How she knew I don't know cos she was deaf smile I stayed with her at the vets pretending to be tough but cried like a baby. We fetched her home and buried her in the garden, a regular pet semetary out there!!

Damn pets..... frown
