Ans yes it is a block wall 12 ft high all the way around on three sides cos the fourth side is the front.I have to know the old guy i was born on that block.The house on right Nick got after he moved here ,The mom and dad had the apt. building on left and they all had fire escapes.Unless someone stole them for scrap after my family moved.
