Ill tell you this. Shotsie had much more stature then ligambi and ligambi is now boss. Im not denigrating joe because I think very highly of him, but to say shotsie couldent have been boss because he was "just" a bookie is absurd. You knwo who else was "just" a bookie, and a much lower level one is ligambi.
