Hi Eric I would agree with you the Cooley did more damage even than Nick Calabrese. The main reason would be the fact that Cooley helped to break the Outfit's grip on the court system and he helped loosen their death grip on the first ward. Calabrese may have helped get guys convicted on more serious and longer charges, but Cooley made them have to change the way the Outfit did business all together.

Things would have been way different in Chicago had Cooley not flipped.
