I feel that the time is very right for the Philadelphia family. With a lot of the heavy hitter now out of jail or close to it. I think Ligambi can take them back to the glory days. Like someone else said in another post they are gonna have to start branching outside of Philly and Atlantic city if they want to start racking in the money. Get back in with the unions and that will be a plus. Ligambi and Merlino can do great things for the family but we just have to sit back, wait and see.
