^^^^ i can agree with a lot of that, except uncle joe having any power within the unions. He was given his no show job strictly out of favor from the owner of the garbage hauling company. Aside from scarfo controlling the bartenders union hereiu local 54 in AC, the philly family was never really that involved with the unions.
Totally agree and as for the sports betting, the biggest action in Philly in recent history was Mastronadro, not Philly LCN.
