If he still is the boss which I do think he is. He must have used his time very wisely in jail and learned from all the other idiots. Himself being one of them in the 90's. Under the radar is the only way to be if your trying to stay unnoticed.
He is too known here in Philly and all over for that matter. He has no choice but to stay low key and play it off like it's all a normal life after the can.
