He was found not guilty and the rest were hung and dismissed with prejudice. The state cannot impose conditions on someone that wasn't found guilty.

In fact, as his attorney mentioned, he doesn't have a conviction since some tobacco thing 30 years ago. If overturned convictions don't count.
