The Caruso brothers still run that crew, but do report in through Cicero. If I had to guess, I would assume they are reporting to Inendino, who lives near Leomont/Darien area near both Carusos.
This is what made me think that Inendino was in South Side. I had heard that the South Side guys were now reporting to Cicero and that Inendino was the capo of the Cicero guys with Caruso as #2.
