For God sakes just let the guy out already. They had 2 shots at him in court. If theres no new evidence just let the guy go. The vast majority of the jurors were for total acquital....10 to 2.
I'm no cheerleader, but if they deny him bail and try him again something is wrong. I can't see him not getting bail while they decide what to do, he should be out by the end of the week (depending on when he gets his hearing).
