Where did you get this excerpt from? A couple of misstated facts: Bruno was shot March 21 (probably a typo but just in case) and Testa and Scarfo were not adversaries but allies. Don't know too much on Jackie D. but I'm assuming that he was a part of the Philly family under Patty Specs and maybe did business with the Luccheses. He was a made man in the Bruno family. He got caught up in that big case with most of the Lucchese guys probably on account of the business he did with them. Being in North Jersey there is a good amount of cooperation betweeen families since each one has reps there. This is just a guess on my part. Being that whatever source you got this from has a couple errors I would double check the info you read with other sources.

Jackie D was never made in Philadelphia his father Dominick was that's how he was able to switch over and I don't think the Lucchese family ever made him either
